*Flotation devices & bikes with training wheels are permitted for this age group
7 to 9 Year Olds
Swim 50 Yards, Bike 1 Mile, Run 2/3 Mile
10 to 12 Year Olds
Swim 100 Yards, Bike 2 Miles, Run 1 Mile
13 to 15 Year Olds
Swim 200 Yards, Bike 4 Miles, Run 2 Miles
16 to 18 Year Olds
Swim 200 Yards, Bike 4 Miles, Run 2 Miles
Freestyle Group
any level of ability, any age, any distance, any adaptive equipment (contact us if your swimmer will require assistance)
